Wages

  • Immediate significant wage increases for every BU member

  • For LLC workers, raised the hourly minimum to $18/hr, with a plan to get to $20/hr in 2025

  • Every current artist at Meow Wolf now makes over $60k, and no artist will ever be hired for less than $60k

  • Artists, Fabricators, Concept Artists, and Graphic Design roles are at parity now

  • Wage equity for existing employees when hiring people with same experience at higher pay
