Immediate significant wage increases for every BU member

No salaried worker making under $80,000 received less than a 5% raise

Every current artist at Meow Wolf now makes over $60k, and no artist will ever be hired for less than $60k
Artists, Fabricators, Concept Artists, and Graphic Design roles are at parity now
Wage equity for existing employees when hiring people with same experience at higher pay
